Return Policy

At Olympé, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and unworn

• The item must be in the original condition

• All original tags and packaging must still be attached

• The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or washing

If your return meets these conditions, you can request a return by contacting our customer support team. After your request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Items that do not meet the return conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
